Why did I choose my major?
Hello, how are you all?
Today I come to talk to you a little about myself and the career I am studying, which is psychology.
When I was little I wanted to study veterinary medicine but that was until I was 10 years old.
Since I was 13 years old, psychology caught my attention but I wasn't sure until I was 17, but when the time came to apply I had a crisis and I applied for psychology and pedagogy in history, but deep down I knew that I wanted to study psychology because I feel that They are professionals who provide many tools to live a fuller life. I feel like I also see it as a challenge but I like the idea of being able to help others and make them feel like they have a safe space with me.
So far university is somewhat complicated, I feel that it is demanding and sometimes I get more stressed than I would like but I have found great friends and since I am not from Santiago I can also meet new people and places which makes me very happy.
